dayton HVAC companyIn 1969, the Logan family in Dayton found that it was time to build a trusted, family-owned heating and air conditioning company that all local neighborhoods and surrounding communities could depend on. The family started with just a few employees who were dedicated to offering quality HVAC service and installation. Customers were pleased with the performance and craftsmanship of the newest Dayton HVAC provider, and they shared their experience with neighbors, friends, and family members. Today we provide Dayton heating and air conditioning service replacement, and routine maintenance.

The team at Logan Services continued to grow, and by the year 2000, it was time for new leadership. In 2001, the Meyer family acquired the company with the intent to keep the company operating as a local, family-owned business that residents in Dayton and its surrounding communities could continue to depend on year after year.

Project Scope: Chelsea called Logan Services after entering our contest online. She knew it was about time to replace their air conditioner in their 1970's home. Her home is about 1330 sq. ft. She chose to replace her 15+ year old air conditioner with a Trane XR14 along with upgrading their outdated thermostat to a new programmable one.

"We had been putting off replacing our A/C for over a year now. Logan Services made the process a breeze! From the time they gave us an estimate to the actual replacement of the unit was just a few days. When they came to install they were only here for a few hours! Project Scope: David and his family were tired of dealing with trouble from the off-brand electric furnace that had been in their brick home since 2001. The furnace had not been sized properly for their home, and could not keep up with heating it. They were looking for a good HVAC company, and Logan A/C & Heat Services was there to help. Our team was able to find both an air handler and heat pump, as well as financing, to fit their comfort needs.

"Our young son, Henry, loves to sit and put his hands on the nice warm vents these days. This is because of the new heating system that Shane from Logan installed in our 1889 brick home.
