All apprenticeships take place in Logan Services’ state-of-the-art Training Center, with curriculum built by our Apprenticeship Development & Systems Manager through online Learning Management Systems (LMS). Apprentices complete modules, quizzes, and evaluations while receiving hands-on instruction in the field. Lead Plumbers act as mentors, guiding apprentices in both technical skills and professional behaviors.

Russ works closely with apprentices during the drain phases of the program, helping them build a strong foundation in drain systems, safety, and customer communication before advancing into full plumbing training.

No prior experience is required. No prior plumbing experience is required. Apprentices begin in the Drain Apprentice phase, which teaches new team members everything they need to know to get started, and progress through each stage as their skills develop.
