“Marquis was our tech today, and he did a wonderful job. He was very thorough, more so than anyone we’ve ever had out to service our two A/C units. Marquis took pictures of all the components he inspected and sent us the pictures as proof that the proper inspections were performed. The A/C filters were still good, so he did not unnecessarily replace them, but told me when they needed to be replaced. Marquis was very courteous and was careful not to track snow/ice/dirt into our home. I can’t say enough good things about Marquis and Logan Services.”

“Professional work! Replaced our 21+ year system and identified a coolant line that was too small per new code. Work was completed in 8 hours, including stringing a new coolant line without breaking through walls. They cleaned their area and hauled the old systems away. The new “Trane” system is definitely superior. Our house can now get above 65 degrees.
