*1. Sponsor. The Trick or Treat, We Bring the Heat Hot Water Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Logan Services (“Sponsor”), 1200 Industrial Park Drive Vandalia, OH 45377.
2. Entry period. The Giveaway begins October 5, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends October 23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Sponsor’s records determine when an entry is received.
3. Eligibility. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Ohio who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, own a home within Logan Services’ service area in the Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati, OH metro areas, and have the authority to approve installation at that home. The home must be suitable for installation of a 40-gallon State tank water heater under the prize terms below. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
4. How to enter. During the entry period, visit
www.logan-inc.com and complete the entry form with the requested contact and home information. Limit one entry per person. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entries submitted outside the entry period, entries containing false information, and entries generated by automated means are void.
5. Winner selection and notification. On or about October 26th, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Sponsor will contact the potential winner using the contact information provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within [number] days and may be required to confirm eligibility and installation suitability before being declared the winner. If a potential winner does not respond in time or is ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
6. Prize. One winner will receive one new 40-gallon State tank water heater, gas or electric as appropriate for the winner’s existing home setup, and standard installation by Logan Services at the eligible home identified in the winning entry. Approximate retail value: $3,200, including standard installation. The exact model is selected by Sponsor based on availability and installation requirements.
For this Giveaway, “standard installation” means removal of the existing unit, placement of the new unit, and connection to existing compatible plumbing, power or gas, and venting. The prize does not include code upgrades, electrical or gas-line changes, venting changes, relocation, structural work, or other nonstandard work. Sponsor will assess installation suitability before awarding the prize. Any additional work must be explained to the potential winner in advance; the potential winner is not required to purchase additional work to enter the Giveaway. If the home cannot receive the prize under these terms, the potential winner will be ineligible and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
The prize has no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and is subject to product availability. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated model is unavailable. Sponsor will coordinate installation with the confirmed winner.
7. Taxes. The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with receiving the prize. Sponsor may request information reasonably necessary for tax reporting.
8. Privacy. Sponsor will use entry information to administer the Giveaway and contact the potential winner. Any optional consent to receive marketing communications must be requested separately from entry and is not required to participate.
9. General conditions. Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. If technical problems, fraud, or events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from operating as intended, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel it, subject to applicable law. Sponsor’s decisions concerning administration of the Giveaway are final.
