“We had a wonderful experience with Logan’s! We needed a whole new system (both furnace and AC). A representative (Tyler) came out to our home within 24 hours of us calling and helped us determine the best system for our home and financing needs. He was knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely had our best interests in mind. The very next day, a service team came out and worked for about 8 hours, completely gutting our old system, updating things so they were up to code (as our old system was not), and installing our new system. Kyle arrived the next morning with his crew and replaced my system in about 5 hours. They were very professional and courteous. Kyle explained everything and walked me through the thermostat system, deployed sensors, and the app.

“I called Logan Services to get an estimate on replacing our existing central AC unit. Arranging to have someone come to my house was quick and easy. Brandon arrived on time, examined my old HVAC system (which I had already been told was uneconomical to repair), and confirmed I needed a new AC unit. We then spoke about my various options for replacement. Brandon was completely transparent about costs and the efficiency rating of different models. He didn’t press me to go the most expensive route he offered, just pointed out the pros and cons of my various options. I made my choice, and Brandon arranged for a prompt installation. Josh and Chris (who also arrived right on time) removed my broken system and installed my new central AC and thermostat quickly and without any issues.
