“Rick and Willie were great installers. Actually, all the Logan people were great—from getting me a quick diagnostic check up scheduled, and then when the furnace kicked on, I canceled it, and then on the coldest day of the year, my furnace quit, like dead in the water, and they came right out the next day and we got the installation set up for the next day. With zero interest and no high-pressure sales pitch, but in 3 minutes of research, I knew Trane was the best. They even routed my furnace drain pipe around and out of the way, which has annoyed me for 19 years! Highly recommend. They installed a new thermostat and put in a new carbon monoxide detector on the second floor, because they said I really needed it by the vent. It’s nice that they care enough to do that kind of thing!“

“Very responsive and came out the same day. They fixed our issue and helped us purchase a new system that was installed the very next day. We were very pleased with our technician, Bret. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Tyler and his crew arrived the next day and got right to work installing our new furnace and A/C unit. There was debris under the old coil, which they cleaned up, and they made sure the downflow ductwork was in good shape. They took the time to explain everything, cleaned up after themselves, and left the space in excellent condition. I also appreciated the wireless thermostat, duct cleaning, rebates, and Logan’s handling of the inspection paperwork. I’m very happy I chose Logan Services.”

“I’m so glad we got a second opinion from Logan Services. First, we had the company that installed our 22-year-old AC unit. They left us hanging twice, stating that they changed 2 different capacitors. Doing so did absolutely NOTHING. After paying for both visits, we called Logan Services. Thank goodness we did. They were very nice, both the service on our first visit and the installation of our new Trane AC unit.

“Marquis was our tech today, and he did a wonderful job. He was very thorough, more so than anyone we’ve ever had out to service our two A/C units. Marquis took pictures of all the components he inspected and sent us the pictures as proof that the proper inspections were performed. The A/C filters were still good, so he did not unnecessarily replace them, but told me when they needed to be replaced. Marquis was very courteous and was careful not to track snow/ice/dirt into our home. I can’t say enough good things about Marquis and Logan Services.”
