“From the initial contact with the customer service team to set up the sales appointment through the installation of the HVAC system, Logan Services did a fantastic job. The salesperson did a great job of explaining what I was to expect when the installers came to the house to install the HVAC system. “We replaced our HVAC system today after 21 yrs of great service from our original-to-the-build Trane system. The Logan team was great. From the tech that showed us the issues with our old one to the comfort care specialist, Jeff, who explained our options and helped us make the right choice at a price we could live with. “Logan Services was professional and efficient from start to finish. From working with Scott to select the best furnace and AC for my space to the installers PJ and Jake, the job was completed with detail and quality. PJ and Jake removed a lowboy oil furnace, which is a messy job, leaving everything cleaned up and looking better than when they started. (see attached pic of new unit and a cleaned area) PJ walked me through my new units, filter replacement, and new thermostat with detail, answering all of my questions. I appreciated the high level of detail and quality of the install. Thank you to Scott, PJ, and Jake for making this a professional and positive experience for me.”

“Needed to replace a non-functional 30yr old furnace and AC. Got a couple of quotes and decided to go with Logan. I got a high-end system (variable-speed) at a good price, and installation was scheduled quickly. The team was very professional, explained everything when I had questions, and the system is running awesome. Looking at my Emporia energy monitor, I can already tell that our electricity bill will go down. Finally, cool air in the second-floor bedroom with a vaulted ceiling. “Gabe was great! He gave me a 30-minute lead time before arriving, and he arrived on time, fully prepared to address my washer drain blockage. His communication throughout the process was clear and understandable, and he spent about 2 hours digging into exactly where the blockage resided using every tool at his disposal. Since the problem turned out to be deeper than expected, he offered several optional remedies and provided quotes on the spot. He was very professional and easy to work with. 😊”

“I really liked the customer service provided by Logan Services. I was able to make an appointment over the phone by an AI representative to request an estimate to replace my old AC/Furnace system.
Zane stop by my home on the agreed time and he guide me through the options to best fit my needs and budget. After I choose the system and options I wanted a team lead by Travis arrived at my home on time, they explained me in detail the work that was going to be performed, they answered my questions and addressed my concerns. Very clean installation, they were respectful to the property (inside and outside), outstanding communication during the installation process. At the end there was a small walkthrough to show me the new system and how it works. Very pleasant experience with this company, I do recommend the services provided. For anyone out there looking to replace your AC and Furnace I did check prices and options with other two recognized companies in the area, there is no comparison to be honest.”

Cameron did my quote- he was very knowledgeable about what I needed. I had a system that he showed me wasn’t the best option and provided me with information for a better system that was compatible with my current HVAC (and total cost was cheaper than other quotes)!
Rick and Josh were the technicians who completed my AC unit replacement- they were both very friendly and professional. Rick even replaced a pipe that evidently wasn’t up to code (I had no idea, so that was super nice of him to do).
I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.
