“We were looking for a local, reliable, reputable company to work with on a quote for a much-needed new air conditioner and furnace. We read and heard all good things about Logan Services and decided to call. Their customer service, including the booking agent, has been 100% professional and courteous. The sales pro worked with us on a unit that would be an upgrade and efficient, but one we could afford, get financing for, and be able to sell our home with. The installers worked their butts off on the install due to issues with our mechanical closet and space issues (we have a ridiculous 1970 Huber Home not built with efficiency in mind!) and they were determined to get this unit in and to work the way it was sold to us. A team of 3 spent many hours but finished in one day. They were also professional, courteous, and cleaned everything up when the job was complete! It’s only been 24 hours, but we already can appreciate the improved quiet and whole-house temperatures. The air unit on our back patio is silent, not a jet engine!! Both furnace and air are an extreme upgrade. I would recommend Logan Services to anyone. Very professional and local people!”
“We used Logan HVAC Services to install a complete high efficiency 22 SEER “TRANE” system at the end of March. We are now enjoying the comfort of the fully variable heating system after experiencing a fantastic summer of complete cooling throughout the home. After tweaking the system once we got to the hot part of summer, Edrick was able to cool our 2nd floor bedrooms all day for the 1st time in 30 years since we’ve lived here. It was great to NOT hear the A/C unit making noise as we sit out on our deck. One would need to almost stand next to the condensing unit just to make sure it was running! It’s also very pleasurable to NOT have fan/blower and ductwork noises for the heat and A/C. Fantastic workmanship, great people to work with from Zeke and Amanda in sales, installers, and service! Clean work habits, very congenial and pleasurable to have in my home! One day to complete the total install was a surprise too!”

“We highly recommend Logan A/C & Heat Services. We had our AC and Heat replaced as well as the humidifier. Probably took around 10 hours; it was a full day. Bobby and Brendan worked their butts off. Very professional. Wonderful guys to have here all day. Stayed to themselves and made sure everything was covered up and cleaned up. They put down drop cloths on my floor all the way down the basement steps, and they wore shoe coverings. They took the time to explain how to work the new A/C and heat systems as well as the humidifier when they were finished, which was around 8:30 pm. They were a great team. “I wanted to replace my Furnace and A/C. Logan was the first to respond to my request for information and stayed first in everything they did. Allen gave me a very good bid on the systems I needed. Kyle and Jake did an outstanding job of removing the old units and installing the new Trane systems. “When my wife came home after work to a freezing house, we knew our 35-year-old HVAC system had given us everything it had. We had moved into the house 7 years prior and knew it was a matter of time. Unfortunately, due to the age and liability, we couldn’t get it simply repaired. We spent one night with one heat, thank goodness for our fireplace, and had a salesman out to the house the next day. Before the salesman arrived, Logan’s customer service called first thing in the morning (7:30 am), seeing we had called the emergency number the night before. I wish I could remember the young lady’s name because she deserves some high praise. She wasn’t concerned about a sale or the bottom dollar. She showed genuine concern about my family. She wanted to know if we were alright, if we needed anything, and how we did overnight. I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, and that was a first.
Our salesman, Ty, was incredible. There were no pressured sales, just straight honest conversation. We connected on home repairs and updates we’ve done to our homes. He was even able to troubleshoot our furnace issue and get our heat back on. Ty spent a lot of time with me answering my questions and helping me troubleshoot my furnace issue. He made time for me and my family, and he has checked back in with us multiple times since we met to make sure we still had heat, were doing ok, and to let us know he was here if things went south on us again. I’ll be honest, I’m the guy who gets multiple quotes and compares the numbers. I wasn’t committed to Logan, but after the call from customer service and meeting Ty, I knew I couldn’t go with any other company. An HVAC system is a big investment and one we knew was coming, but as everyone does, we were hoping to make it one more season. The price wasn’t nearly as important to me as working with high-quality people who care; Logan gave me that. They earned my business by putting my family first.
Then there were the Daves. What a great team! A father and son dynamic duo. They were professional and efficient. They walked me through the new system and how it works. Dave gave me great tips to ensure my furnace works in top form at all times. I hope it’s another 30-plus years before I need a new HVAC system, but I know who I’m calling when I do. They definitely have my business for the next tune-up and servicing. Logan, keep putting people first. Thank you!”
