“My thermostat was inoperable after I tried to take the easy way out and do one on the cheap. Well, that was a bad idea; neither my furnace nor my AC was working. I decided the Trane system I stalled needed to be a whole unit, not just a thermostat replacement. I called Logan Services, got an immediate appointment, Mike came out, fixed the problem, installed the APP on my phone, set me up with all the services for the system, and everything was GOOD !!! “I had Logan install my HVAC system 1 3/4 years ago and chose a different but reputable company to do my maintenance. Well, that company told me that I needed to get a new compressor at a labor rate of over $4000! I called Logan to get their opinion, and they came out free of charge and said there is nothing wrong with the compressor, and if there was, it would only be $2000. I am sticking with Logan from here on out! They opted to tell the truth and miss a large sale. They have my dedicated business from now on.”

“An unexpected A/C problem, with the heat of summer ahead, left us deciding on which company to trust for a solution. We chose Logan services and couldn’t be more satisfied. Brandon Willoughby (the sales representative) met with us the same afternoon and presented us with the most favorable options. Given the age of our furnace and A/C unit, recommended replacement of both. The following day, the team of David, Donnie, and Mike arrived promptly and went to work. They discovered issues not readily apparent and corrected those. They explained the procedures and answered all my questions. After completion, both systems were tested, and the operation was explained. The job site was thoroughly cleaned, and the old units were taken away. They removed the old system cleanly, leaving no mess behind, and the new installation looks like it belongs in a showroom. The workmanship is excellent. “I recently had a new Furnace and Air Conditioning system installed by Bobby and his crew from Logan Services. It was a complete removal and replacement of the entire HVAC system. Bobby and his two assistants did an incredible job of replacing my complete system with a high-efficiency, completely new system. The Air Conditioning runs so quietly that I can’t even hear it, so no need to turn up the TV while it is running. “I had my 22 yr. old Trane single-stage furnace and central air conditioning replaced with a Trane 2-stage furnace and 6 stage of cooling air conditioner (S8V2/XL17i). The old system was still going strong, with the only service required being 1.5 lbs of refrigerant added 1 time after 18 years of service. The new system is so much quieter and works fantastically! As for the installation, the team arrived on time, performed very professionally, and completed the work in a little less than 4 hours. The salesman was very good! He was also on time and very knowledgeable. He gave me a great deal, and I did not feel pressured. I highly recommend Logan Services.”
“I had Logan Services replace my old Trane furnace and air conditioner with a new Trane system. I had had both the furnace and air conditioner repaired previously. So when the air conditioner went out again, I wasn’t sure if I should repair it or buy new. Bret came and explained both options and prices. I opted for new. Trane was having a rebate right now, too. I also needed a new water heater. They did all the same day. The installers, Mike, Mikie, and Chad, did a very good job. They cleaned up great. Explained the new systems. I was very happy with everything.”
