We had several technicians help us over the years – one telling us we needed a new unit (our unit is a few years old) and the other topping off our refrigerant. “Ishmael was the technician who diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system. Although the system is only six years old, it has started giving problems. Ishmael was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.

“We had a great team of technicians and sales throughout our experience. Brett and Antonio did a great job diagnosing and helping us understand our options. And Antonio went out of his way to really map out and explain the plan.
We were able to very quickly get on the schedule for a new AC unit, furnace, and attic ductwork replacement.
Alex, Azar, and Joe worked a long day and had to overcome some electrical hurdles as well as fix some very bad ductwork in our attic. They did a tremendous job! We are very pleased with the communication, efficiency, knowledge, and care they took to really fix our main problem.

“My thermostat was inoperable after I tried to take the easy way out and do one on the cheap. Well, that was a bad idea; neither my furnace nor my AC was working. I decided the Trane system I stalled needed to be a whole unit, not just a thermostat replacement. I called Logan Services, got an immediate appointment, Mike came out, fixed the problem, installed the APP on my phone, set me up with all the services for the system, and everything was GOOD !!! I should have NEVER let another company convince me their product was better, lesson learned thx Logan Services, job WELL DONE !!!”
