High-Efficiency Condensing Technology
Traditional water heaters repeatedly heat stored water, even when no one is using it. The NPE-S2 heats water on demand and uses condensing technology to capture heat that would otherwise escape through the exhaust.

How Many Fixtures Can the NPE-S2 Supply at Once?
The number depends on each fixture’s flow rate and the required temperature rise. Logan Services will calculate your household’s peak demand instead of relying on a general fixture count.
Does the NPE-S2 Provide Instant Hot Water?
The system begins heating water when it detects flow, but hot water must still travel through the pipes to the fixture. The NPE-S2 does not include a built-in recirculation pump to shorten that wait.
Can It Replace My Current Tank Water Heater?
Yes, when the home can support the system’s gas, venting, electrical, drainage, and plumbing requirements. An in-home evaluation will identify whether updates are needed.
What Maintenance Does It Need?
