This is TRUE!  We also have steady work for our teams in all markets.   

Am I expected to pick up product for my installation jobs at a supply house every day?

At Logan Services we keep all of the HVAC equipment and parts stocked in our warehouse.  We also have a logistics team that structures each day for efficiency.  That means everything you will need for each installation will be available at our office as you start your day.  No more trips to the supply house to pick up equipment or parts.   

Will I be expected to perform both residential and commercial HVAC installations?

No.  Logan Services offers residential replacement HVAC only.  You will not be expected to work at commercial-zoned job sites

Will I ever be expected to take on jobs other than HVAC installation?

No.  Logan Services has a separate team of HVAC service technicians.  You will never be expected to work in our service department nor will you be expected to take on work outside of the HVAC installation department such as remodeling, plumbing or electrical jobs. 

Do I need my own set of tools to work at Logan Services?

You do need to have your own tools and we will help you get them if necessary.

What is a typical day like working as a Logan Services installer?

Pick up the equipment at the shop, go to customers home, meet and greet, install to code and contract and checkout with customer, go directly home.

Will I have an installer assistant?

Yes, our Installers have and IA with them at every job.

You’ll have the opportunity to work 120-150 installations each year.  This allows for year-round work, and top pay.  There are also bonus opportunities available in the peak season to allow for more compensation.
