We believe in supporting and being involved in our community. Logan Services sponsors many different local events, groups, and activities. In addition, we proudly sponsor Ohio State Athletics, and we are the official HVAC sponsor of the University of Dayton Flyers; these teams are strongholds in the community and bring us together as a team. We have held giveaways to help customers in the area with their heating and cooling needs through these sponsorships.

We hold an annual Installer Appreciation party where we have a steak dinner, host awards/prizes, and show recognition to the installers for all their hard work. We also enjoy seasonal carry-ins, Girl’s Day, Service Technician Appreciation Day, an ’employee-favorite’ Christmas party, and other fun events throughout the year. We may be co-workers, but we have created friendships that genuinely allow us to enjoy coming to work each day.

Our team enjoys helping people in the community, whether through sponsorships, giveaways, or donations. Logan Services has participated in multiple Habitat For Humanity Projects to help people get back into a comfortable home. In addition, we’ve helped local residents by replacing their HVAC systems when the Memorial Day Tornadoes ripped through the Dayton area. We also love supporting local causes with sponsorship and food/toy/blood donation drives. Our goal is to make our community and the homeowners in it comfortable and help in any way that we can!

Our small business is motivated by being an early adapter of the HVAC industry’s latest trends and technologies. Our installers and service technicians go through extensive and ongoing training to ensure proper installation, repair, and maintenance of all HVAC systems we provide to our customers. As new products and equipment emerge, our team is eager to start learning. In addition, our management team participates in further training to help build leadership skills and support employee growth. there is so much to learn in the HVAC industry, and the team at Logan Services is exploring new opportunities every day!
