This gratitude is in return for the significant care each employee laces on various customer HVAC concerns and projects. This year, appreciation was highlighted in different ways for employee groups.
HVAC Installers and Installer Assistants – Steak Dinner & Awards Ceremony
The heating and cooling system installation teams from Logan Services work in homes everyday replacing existing equipment to provide optimal comfort for customers by installing new, high-efficiency Trane systems. Installers and Installer Assistants take the time to explain each new system to the customer and are helpful when answering questions.
The installation team was able to enjoy a homemade steak dinner along with awards including Most Installs, Most 5-star Google and Facebook reviews, Most Improved Installer Assistant, Installer of the Year and Installer Assistant of the Year. This awards ceremony is highly anticipated each year as multiple departments are able to say ‘thanks’ for the hard work the installation team puts into each and every job site.
Women In HVAC – Girls Day in the City
The women of Logan Services work in many different fields including Marketing, Human Resources, Customer Service, Installation Scheduling, Sales Coordination, Logistics and Installation. Several women at Logan Services have celebrated promotions in 2020 including the following positions: Customer Service Specialist, Customer Service & Sales Coordination Manager, and Sales Coordination team Lead.
The women of Logan Services got to enjoy a day together on the Pedal Wagon in Dayton. This event offered the women who work in HVAC at Logan Services the opportunity to pedal through the Oregon District and explore some new, local micro-breweries along the way. The ladies ended the day with a late lunch at Brixx’s Ice Company. Thanks to all the ladies that keep Logan Services operating smoothly on a daily basis.
Comfort Consultants – Great Lakes Fishing Adventure
Comfort Consultants at Logan Services provide customers with free, in-home estimates for new heating and cooling system replacements. Their job is to identify the best options for customers to maximize home comfort through new, high-efficiency Trane systems and technology including Nexia thermostats and indoor quality products.
This year the Logan Services’ Comfort Consultants were treated to a walleye fishing excursion on Lake Erie. With 4-6 foot waves on a very windy day away from the normal grind.
HVAC Service Technicians – Wild Axe Throwing
The service technicians at Logan Services provide homeowners with service visits for furnace and air conditioner repair and routine maintenance for working ac and heating systems. Whether customers need HVAC coil cleaning, an emergency service call due to system failure, or installation of indoor air quality products, the team at Logan Services A/C, Heat & Plumbing is here to help.
The heating and cooling service technicians from Logan Services were invited to enjoy a day at Wild Axe Throwing in Beavercreek. The event gave each participant the opportunity to show their strength by hitting the bullseye with a wood chopping axe. All HVAC service technicians were also shown appreciation with awards.
