What Is The Logan Services Service Apprenticeship Program?
The Logan Services Service Apprenticeship Program gives team members a structured path into HVAC service. Apprentices train with experienced service technicians, trainers, and team leaders while learning how to diagnose, maintain, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
Unlike a classroom-only training path, this program combines technical instruction with real field experience. That approach helps apprentices build confidence, understand customer needs, and learn how to complete service work according to Logan Services’ standards.

Jesse and Justin completed the Service Apprenticeship Program through steady effort, hands-on practice, and a willingness to keep learning. Their achievement shows the discipline it takes to grow into the HVAC service trade.
Throughout the program, both graduates developed a stronger understanding of system diagnostics, repair support, maintenance procedures, and customer communication. As a result, they built a foundation they can continue to use as they grow with Logan Services.
