Our apprenticeship program gives developing installers the opportunity to learn directly in the field with experienced technicians. That real-world training helps apprentices build the skills, confidence, and professionalism needed to serve homeowners across Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati.

Meet Our Newest Cincinnati Install Apprenticeship Trainers
Josh, Junior Install Trainer
Josh completed the Logan Services apprenticeship program ahead of schedule, graduating in 10 months instead of 12. Since becoming a Lead Installer, he has continued to seek out new challenges and grow his installation expertise.
Travis, Senior Install Trainer
Travis has helped develop the Cincinnati installation team by training multiple apprentices. His service background gives him a well-rounded perspective that helps apprentices understand both installation quality and system performance.
Meet Our Newest Columbus Install Apprenticeship Trainers
Lachlan, Lead Install Trainer
After graduating from the apprenticeship program, Lachlan relocated to Columbus to help strengthen the installation team. During his first year as a Lead Installer, he continued building his skills through complex and demanding projects.
Alex, Senior Install Trainer
Since graduating from the apprenticeship program in 2022, Alex has taken on several training and mentoring roles. After being promoted to Lead Trainer in 2024, he successfully guided multiple apprentices and supported their continued growth.

Since completing the apprenticeship program in 2021, Dillon has focused on refining his craft and helping others improve. His commitment to continuous growth has made him a strong leader and mentor on the Dayton installation team.

Nathan graduated from the apprenticeship program in 2024 and quickly built a reputation for quality craftsmanship. His professionalism and commitment to studying installation best practices make him a strong fit for Lead Install Trainer.
