Logan Services is celebrating Chase’s graduation from our service apprenticeship program! Since starting the program in May 2025, Chase has continued building his HVAC career and earning recognition for his professionalism, maturity, and care for his work.
This graduation marks another milestone in a journey that connects local career technical education with opportunities at Logan Services. We’re proud to celebrate Chase’s progress and the people who have supported him along the way.

From Springfield-Clark CTC to Logan Services
Chase’s HVAC career began taking shape through Springfield-Clark Career Technology Center. He was among the HVAC students recognized at the school’s Signing Day for committing to careers with Logan Services, where he was introduced as a service trainee.
His early experience also included working with our installation team. In our Springfield-Clark CTC career commitment article, Dayton Install Supervisor Chris recognized Chase’s work ethic, willingness to learn, and progress on the Service Team.
Today, we get to celebrate the next chapter of that story: Chase’s graduation from the service apprenticeship program.
Completing His Apprenticeship Ahead of Schedule
Chase entered the service apprenticeship program in May 2025 and graduated two months ahead of his projected fully-capable date. During his apprenticeship, he completed more than 881 jobs, gaining hands-on experience while helping local homeowners with their heating and cooling needs.
The Logan Services Service Technician Apprentice Program provides paid training through three phases. Apprentices begin with hands-on instruction, field ride-alongs, learning modules, exams, and a ride-along evaluation before progressing into system maintenance.
As training advances, the program introduces diagnostics and repairs. The final phase builds those skills further, preparing apprentices for the responsibilities of service technician work.
For Chase, completing that progression represents an investment in his future. It also marks the transition from service trainee to apprenticeship graduate—a moment worth celebrating with the team that has watched him grow.
Learning With Support From the Logan Team
Chase’s graduation also gives us a reason to recognize the people behind technician development. Supervisors, lead trainers, and experienced coworkers help apprentices connect what they learn in training with the situations they encounter in the field.
Logan Services’ in-house training center supports that process by giving team members a place to review equipment, ask questions, and learn from experienced technicians. Having people available to explain both how a task is performed and why it matters helps build a stronger foundation.
That shared commitment reflects our value of Teamwork. Chase’s milestone is his achievement, and it is also an opportunity to thank the teammates who have helped him reach it.
This progression gives apprentices time to practice their skills while receiving feedback and support. It also helps ensure that graduates are prepared to provide the fast, friendly service homeowners expect from Logan Services.

“Chase, it’s not often you come across someone as young as you with such incredible potential. Your professionalism, maturity, and genuine care for what you do shine through every single day. It’s clear that you have a very bright future ahead of you, and I’m excited to see how much more you continue to grow and develop. You’re already an outstanding young man, and I have no doubt you’ll continue to raise the bar! Congratulations, Chase—well deserved!”
– Ryan, Dayton Service and Install Operations Manager
Preparing to Serve Local Homeowners
For homeowners, a service technician’s work is personal. Heating and cooling problems interrupt routines, affect comfort, and leave families with questions about what to do next.
Service apprenticeship training connects technical work with those everyday needs. Alongside equipment knowledge, technicians need to listen carefully, respect the home, and help customers understand their options.
As a company serving Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati, and surrounding communities, Logan Services invests in technician development because the quality of our service starts with our people. Celebrating Chase’s graduation recognizes another step in that ongoing commitment.
What Homeowners Are Saying About Chase
Chase’s graduation celebrates his growth as a service technician, and customer feedback adds another perspective to that achievement. These reviews highlight homeowners’ experiences working with him:
“I was very pleased with my AC yearly maintenance tune up. Chase was very knowledgeable, polite, extremely informative. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”
– DeAnne, Huber Heights Customer
“I keep a maintenance plan for my furnace and air conditioning with Logan Service. Today Chase was the technician who performed the service. Chase was very professional and thorough. My great grandson loves Paw Patrol and the Chase character is his favorite. Chase was familiar and answered that I would understand how often he hears, “Chase is on the case!” We’ve used Logan since we moved here 43 years ago. I highly recommend them. Thank you for your service and I wish you continued success. Integrity and caring go a long way. Chase also set up an appointment for cleaning the ducts for me and had replacement filters for furnace which saved me ordering them.”
– Donna, Huber Heights Customer
A Milestone Worth Celebrating
Graduating from an apprenticeship is an achievement, and learning continues throughout an HVAC career. Different systems, changing technology, and new service challenges create opportunities to keep building knowledge.
Chase, thank you for the effort you have put into reaching this milestone and for being part of the Logan Services team. We look forward to seeing you continue to grow, contribute, and help homeowners care for their heating and cooling systems.
Congratulations on your service apprenticeship graduation, Chase!
