2026 Maintenance Plan Updates FAQ

Starting in 2026, our Maintenance Plan is being streamlined to better serve our customers and ensure every home receives timely, consistent HVAC care while simplifying scheduling.

As your chosen HVAC maintenance team, Logan Services takes pride in delivering dependable service, which is why plan members will now receive one annual heating and cooling combo tune-up, free service visits during normal business hours with diagnostic fees waived, discounted repairs and IAQ products, and priority scheduling—without removing any protection or reliability your system depends on.

Why is Logan Services moving to one annual tune-up?

Updated industry standards show that one combo tune-up provides the same system protection and reliability as two separate seasonal visits, with no difference in lifespan, breakdown rate, efficiency, or performance. Modern systems simply don’t require two tune-ups unless there’s a specific issue, which means customers no longer have to rearrange schedules twice a year for separate appointments. With the new plan, everything is handled in one visit, and if anything comes up between tune-ups, you’re covered with a free service visit during normal business hours – less hassle, same protection, and more value.

No. You still receive a full heating and cooling inspection — just done at the same appointment. All the same items are checked, tested, and cleaned.

Our technician completes both:

  • Cooling system maintenance
  • Heating system maintenance

 

during the same visit, typically in either the spring or the fall.

If you have one tune-up owed, you will still receive the full combo visit (both heating and cooling) during your next appointment.

Maintenance plan members now receive free service visits, which means we waive the service/diagnostic fee during normal business hours. Any necessary repairs or parts are discounted.

Modern systems are designed to be serviced annually, and the combo visit still includes full heating and cooling checks in a single appointment, satisfying all maintenance standards.

No action is required. When it’s time for your tune-up, we’ll schedule your combo visit based on availability and seasonal needs.
