Hi my name is Amanda Kinsella and I am proud to be the spokeswoman for Logan A/C and Heat Services. You might know me from one of the many Logan TV commercials that hit the airwaves each week in Dayton, Columbus and Cincinnati.
About Amanda
I began my career in HVAC over 13 years ago when I joined the Logan Services’ team. I’ve always been intrigued by home improvement projects. While growing up, my dad was always working on do-it-yourself projects around the house, and I spent many hours hanging out with him – typically talking more than helping.
I started out at Logan answering the phones and helping customers with their heating and air conditioning questions. I loved every minute of it. After a while, my boss asked me if I could help out in the marketing department. I have a degree in broadcast journalism – so he asked if I could put some TV commercials together.
Since then, I’ve been known as “the Logan girl” that bounces into your TV set each and every day reminding you to maintain or replace your heating and air conditioning system.
Through it all, I’ve met some outstanding customers – many of you I am proud to call my friends. I feel blessed to call Ohio my home! Thank you for all of your support and for helping us grow such a caring, innovative and lively business. It’s an honor to work with the team here at Logan, and I am confident of the great things we can accomplish to make our customers’ lives more comfortable!

Where were you born?
Milwaukee, Wisconsin
When did you move to Ohio?
I moved to Ohio in 2005. My husband is from Minster, Ohio.
What is your favorite TV show?
I love watching college football, especially the Ohio State Buckeyes. I am also into Better Call Saul, Dark Winds, and Yellowstone.
What was the first thing you ever wanted to be?
I wanted to be a zoo keeper.
What was your first job?
I was a dishwasher at a restaurant down the street from my family’s house.
What do you do for fun?
I enjoy hanging out with my family and my pets. I have a 5 year old American Bulldog named Demi. I adopted her from the Queen City Bulldog Rescue in Cincinnati! I also have an English Bulldog named Big Chungus. I adopted him from Brave Breed Rescue in West Milton, OH.
On my days off you may catch me at Warped Wing Brewery, Rhinegeist Brewery, The Columbus Zoo, King’s Island, or at Great American Ballpark cheering on the Reds. I also like to hike, swim, and waterski.
What do you like about your job?
I love working with the diverse group of people at Logan. It’s great to be part of an amazing mix of different ages, skills sets, personalities, cultures, etc. It keeps my workday full of excitement.
What advice would you have for someone wanting to go into the HVAC business?
You really need to love being around people. We work in our customers’ homes each and every day and we have to effectively communicate. HVAC is a demanding field. A lot will be asked of you. You will work nights, holidays, and weekends. In return, you will meet the most genuine, grateful people. The human interaction is most gratifying.
