“I had my 22 yr. old Trane single-stage furnace and central air conditioning replaced with a Trane 2-stage furnace and 6 stage of cooling air conditioner (S8V2/XL17i). The old system was still going strong, with the only service required being 1.5 lbs of refrigerant added 1 time after 18 years of service. The new system is so much quieter and works fantastically! As for the installation, the team arrived on time, performed very professionally, and completed the work in a little less than 4 hours. The salesman was very good! He was also on time and very knowledgeable. He gave me a great deal, and I did not feel pressured. I highly recommend Logan Services.”

“We had a great team of technicians and sales throughout our experience. Brett and Antonio did a great job diagnosing and helping us understand our options. And Antonio went out of his way to really map out and explain the plan.
We were able to very quickly get on the schedule for a new AC unit, furnace, and attic ductwork replacement.
Alex, Azar, and Joe worked a long day and had to overcome some electrical hurdles as well as fix some very bad ductwork in our attic. They did a tremendous job! We are very pleased with the communication, efficiency, knowledge, and care they took to really fix our main problem.

“Ishmael was the technician who diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system. Although the system is only six years old, it has started giving problems. Ishmael was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
He explained the issue in a very clear and detailed manner, making it easy for me to understand the problem and the required repairs. He patiently listened to all of my questions and answered each one thoroughly.

Cameron did my quote- he was very knowledgeable about what I needed. I had a system that he showed me wasn’t the best option and provided me with information for a better system that was compatible with my current HVAC (and total cost was cheaper than other quotes)!
Rick and Josh were the technicians who completed my AC unit replacement- they were both very friendly and professional. Rick even replaced a pipe that evidently wasn’t up to code (I had no idea, so that was super nice of him to do).

“Gabe was great! He gave me a 30-minute lead time before arriving, and he arrived on time, fully prepared to address my washer drain blockage. His communication throughout the process was clear and understandable, and he spent about 2 hours digging into exactly where the blockage resided using every tool at his disposal. Since the problem turned out to be deeper than expected, he offered several optional remedies and provided quotes on the spot. He was very professional and easy to work with. 😊”
“Logan Services was professional and efficient from start to finish. From working with Scott to select the best furnace and AC for my space to the installers PJ and Jake, the job was completed with detail and quality. PJ and Jake removed a lowboy oil furnace, which is a messy job, leaving everything cleaned up and looking better than when they started. (see attached pic of new unit and a cleaned area) PJ walked me through my new units, filter replacement, and new thermostat with detail, answering all of my questions. He explained everything in a way I understood, answered all my questions & never once made me feel like he was rushed. Just can’t say enough good things about Gabe, he was awesome! Never did he try to push things on us. He gave options final choice was ours to make. Highly recommend Gabe with Logan. You won’t be disappointed. So many times tech person is here to do just what they’re hired to do, not engage with the customer. Gabe wasn’t like that.
