Project Scope: Unsure if their 17 year old furnace was going to last through the winter, Lynda and her husband knew it was time for a new one. They had already had a good experience with our team when having their air conditioner installed several years earlier and knew that they could count on us to do a great job with their furnace as well.

Project Scope: Rick had used Logan Services for HVAC replacement years back in his prior home, so when he moved into his new home and noticed how poorly the furnace and air conditioner were performing, he again reached out to our team for help. In his 2,000 square foot Marysville home, he wanted to replace the 10 year old furnace and upgrade the 25 year old air conditioner to a heat pump. In addition, he was interested in finding a solution to achieving better air flow upstairs, which is when our consultant showed him the benefits of a new Mitsubishi ductless heating and cooling system.

After speaking with our comfort consultant, she decided it would be best to stop repairing the A/C leak and upgrade both her heating and cooing system.

Our service technician came out promptly to inspect the 30 year old cooling system, and it was decided that A/C and furnace replacement would be the best, most cost-effective solution for her heating and cooling needs moving forward. Our installation team was able to come the very next day to install Ericka's new Trane high-efficiency furnace and air conditioner!

Project Scope: Dawn reached out to Logan Services because the air conditioner in her home went out during the first 90-degree days of the season. Since she is a childcare provider in her home, Dawn knew she needed to get her system replaced as soon as possible. A comfort consultant was able to provide the family with cool air until a new Trane unit was installed that fit their needs and budget.

Our air went out last week during the first 90 degree days of the season! How miserable we were until we met Dottie Goebel! After we talked and decided to use Logan to install our new air conditioning unit and furnace, Dottie knowing I provide child care to little ones out of my house, was kind enough to bring a window unit to us to provide some relief. Dottie texted a couple days later to see how we were coping, and after I requested another window unit, sure enough she delivered another one that afternoon! It took a week to get our installation, but thanks to Dottie we were comfortable and my kiddos weren't cranky! Thank you Dottie for concern and exceptional customer service!! Then the 2 gentlemen that installed were kind, professional and very thorough in explaining new thermostat and unit! We were very happy with our choice in using Logan to install our new air and heat and will tell all our friends! Thank you again for a great experience and comfortable home!

A Logan Services comfort consultant was able to meet with them in a timely manner to provide options that fit their needs and budget. They decided on a Rheem system as well as a wi-fi thermostat and a whole-home humidifier to keep their home comfortable all year long.
