Brian, our sales rep, came out less than 24 hours after I called. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough — going above and beyond to not just quote a piece of equipment, but actually diagnose the true problem. He was the only one who caught that my AC was leaking into my furnace and causing the issues due to the AC being mismatched and improperly sized for my home — something the other companies completely missed. If I had gone with one of their quotes, I would have ended up purchasing a furnace only to replace it again in a few years.
On top of that, Logan installs a better brand (Trane) than most of their competition, and their prices were literally half of what I was quoted elsewhere. They also offer flexible financing options, which made the whole process even easier. I ended up purchasing the system while Brian was still at my home — and it was installed the very next day.
The installation team (Mikie, Mike, and Chad) was fantastic, as well: punctual, professional, tidy, knowledgeable, and even great with my dogs. They worked hard all day, and it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. I really appreciated how much care they took to ensure there was no damage to my home or landscaping. Also, how well they worked together, even as the day went on. It got unbearably hot, but they stayed upbeat and focused. That kind of professionalism and attitude really reflects well on Logan Services as a company — you can tell they hold their team to a high standard, and the team delivers.
