HVAC Installation Apprentice Program

The Logan Services Install Apprentice Program trains HVAC technicians in three phases. Phase 1 covers basics like thermostat operations and outdoor units, with leadership feedback. Phase 2 focuses on indoor installations, brazing, and electrical wiring. Phase 3 emphasizes customer service, advanced skills, and leadership, leading to NATE certification. Progress is assessed every 90 days to ensure growth.

HVAC Service Technician Apprenticeship Program

The Logan Services Service Apprentice Program develops HVAC technicians through three phases. Phase 1 trains apprentices as tune-up technicians with skills in refrigeration, furnace operations, wiring, and repairs. Phase 2 advances them to on-call technicians, focusing on troubleshooting, customer service, and service metrics. Phase 3 prepares technicians for full capability, emphasizing diagnostics, major repairs, and sales performance. The program combines lab and field training for comprehensive skill development.

Plumbing Apprenticeship Program

The Logan Services Plumbing Apprentice Program trains plumbers in three phases. Phase 1 covers basic plumbing and Plumbing 101, with a 45-day evaluation. Phase 2 focuses on customer service, plumbing codes, and maintaining water systems, combining classroom and hands-on training. Phase 3 develops lead plumbers with advanced skills in leak detection, system safety, excavation, and leadership, enhanced by virtual reality training.
