For the 4th year, we partnered with 99.7 The Blitz to host the Super Cool Summer A/C Giveaway! This giveaway allows us to provide one lucky winner with a FREE Trane air conditioner to keep them SUPER COOL all summer long. We received over 500 entries from some awesome listeners in the Columbus area!
After reviewing a number of amazing entries, we selected one lucky winner to receive a free Trane A/C and a free, professional installation.
Winner Announcement
CONGRATULATIONS to Erin W. of Marysville!
Erin and her husband, Dave, were dealing with a 27-year-old A/C trying to keep up with their 5-year-old furnace. It is very important that both heating and cooling systems are fairly close in age to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively!
When we called to let Erin know that she won the free system, we were met with genuine excitement, gratitude, and a whole lot of shock. She could hardly believe that she was the winner!
“Are you serious? I can’t believe it. This seriously made my day!” These were just some of the sentiments that Erin exclaimed as we shared the news to her. We also learned that she and her husband are avid listeners of The Blitz, which is how they heard about the giveaway!
AC In Need Of Replacement
This opportunity could not have come at a better time for Erin and her husband. On top of their air conditioner being quite old and unreliable, they were also being hit with other home improvement projects. With roof repairs and plumbing problems, a new A/C was needed, but unlikely to happen.
We are very excited to take one item off of Erin and Dave’s to-do list by providing them with a free air conditioner. Here’s to having one less home project to worry about!
The System Installation
After breaking the news to Erin about her new air conditioner, we quickly booked her initial appointment with our Product Specialist, Scott. During this appointment, Scott wanted to assess the family’s current cooling system, take measurements, and set them up with the most effective A/C for their home.
When Scott completed this appointment, he reported back to Marketing to inform us how excited Erin was, and that he was able to schedule the system install for Wednesday, May 14th.
The installation couldn’t have gone better! Our Lead Installer, Lachlan, worked diligently to ensure that Erin and Dave not only received an excellent installation experience, but a high-quality, efficient system as well.
