Trane TruComfort™ - The Trane TruComfort™ systems give you precise comfort by running at the exact speed needed to keep your home comfortable. This allows the variable speed compressor, outdoor fan, and indoor fan to vary operating speed and BTU as the temperature outside changes, slowing down or speeding up gradually in as little as 1/10 of 1% increments to keep comfort within 1/2° of the thermostat setting.

"We chose Logan Services and Trane to replace our 21-year-old Lennox system. The company sent installers Bobby and Clay from Dayton to Columbus for our installation. Once they arrived, Bobby inspected the worksites and reviewed their plans for the install. Both then started and continued their work for some 7 hours until the system was working perfectly. Bobby then reviewed the detail of the new system. I appreciated this team's hard work, responsiveness to questions, and the care they took when removing the old system and installing the Trane products. I would highly recommend this installation team and Logan Services for those seeking quality products and professional installers."

The company was professional from my first call to the completion of the installation of my new HVAC unit. Our old unit had done its job and we choose Logan Services because of wanting to talk about the option of a mini-split system and/or replacement of our whole house system. Upon completion of their visit to our home we all agreed it was best to replace the current system with a top-quality Trane System. The install took one day to complete and the crew of two, headed by Anthony was easy to work with and did a great job. Following the install, Anthony spent time with my wife and I to make sure we knew the system and answer any questions we had. He then took time to help program our cell phone and set up the wifi so we are able to control and monitor the system from anywhere. Today we begin our journey with our new Trane Unit and look forward to comfortable living with enhancements of technology. Thank you, Anthony and Logan Services."

"We had an issue with our heat pump which required a full new heat pump and air handler installation. Logan services sent out a salesman by the name of Michael. He came to the house, took measurements and sat down with us to explain to us our options. We had many questions and he was able to answer most of them. The questions he was unsure about, he contacted someone who knew a definitive answer. What was really amazing about Michael was how available he was to us for questions. After he left, we called him several times with different questions we had. He answered immediately and was able to answer our questions right away. This was different than other companies we got estimates with because they always told us that someone would get back to us and we got our response in several days instead of immediately. Michael answered many calls from us and was always available and we really appreciate that. This was a huge reason we decided to go with Logan and we are happy we did. On installation day, we were guaranteed very professional and highly skilled installers. Logan services sent out Bobby, Clay, and Ryland. They were very professional and laid down tarps as to not make our floors dirty. They showed up in the morning and worked all day long. We had a retaining wall built to support our heat pump outside and they meticulously measured each stone, made sure it was level and flat, and very slowly built the wall. They made sure the foundation was stable and even. They installed the air handler and the heat pump to code. After they installed the heat pump, we decided we wanted the heat pump to be moved slightly over and they listened and moved it over. They cleaned up everything they brought and before they left, they went over the air handler, heat pump, and thermostat in detail. We are very happy with Logan Services and the whole team. We made this decision on not only the actual units that were being installed, but also the service we received from Michael our salesman. Bobby the installer did a fantastic job and his team were very respectful and uplifting. I would recommend this company."
