“I really liked the customer service provided by Logan Services. I was able to make an appointment over the phone by an AI representative to request an estimate to replace my old AC/Furnace system.
Zane stop by my home on the agreed time and he guide me through the options to best fit my needs and budget. After I choose the system and options I wanted a team lead by Travis arrived at my home on time, they explained me in detail the work that was going to be performed, they answered my questions and addressed my concerns. Very clean installation, they were respectful to the property (inside and outside), outstanding communication during the installation process. “I really appreciate this company and especially their service technician, Brian. He showed up right on time, fully prepared, and ready to get to work. We had been dealing with a gas smell coming from our furnace for a while, but our previous HVAC company couldn’t find the issue and even tried to convince me that I wasn’t actually smelling gas.
Brian found the leak in about ten minutes.
Not only did he locate the problem, but he took the time to show me exactly how he found it and explained what was happening. The inlet gas valve was leaking slowly, causing the smell to build up throughout the day. His professionalism, honesty, and clear communication made all the difference.

Jared and his installation crew were phenomenal! Jared had excellent customer care and was extremely polite. Due to an unexpected house wiring issue, the install took much longer than normal, but Jared and his crew worked for nearly 10 hours to ensure the job was completely in one day and our heat was restored. Liesl was so pleasant to talk to and was very knowledgeable. She checked that my relatively new water heater was working correctly and advised me on a possible reason why the hot water in my shower cools off too quickly. She also suggested a water heater flush after hearing knocking noises from the heater, which I did. She is a great addition to your team.
Leisl was incredible. She explained what needed to be repaired, gave two options, and quickly proceeded with the repair.
