Project Scope: Angela and her husband knew that it was time to start looking into options for replacing their old natural gas furnace when it was starting to become unreliable. They had already put their trust in Logan A/C & Heat Services with their air conditioner installation a few years earlier, and with routine maintenance on both their furnace and air conditioner in the past. So when it was time for a change, they were confident in choosing us to do a great job with their furnace as well.

"We just had our HVAC replaced by Shane from Logans this past Saturday. (We were so impressed 3 years ago when they replaced our AC) So, when our furnace (aka big girl fancy pants) was given only a "day to day" life expectancy we didn't hesitate making that call again to Logan's. We didn't want to get fully into the winter and have her decide she was just too tired to go on. We made that decision for her. Thank you old HVAC/big girl fancy pants for the 23 amazing years of keeping us warm and fuzzy throughout the many brutal Ohio winters. Project Scope: After multiple issues with his older propane system, Blaine knew that it was time to move quickly on replacement. He decided to switch to an electric system, and after meeting with other companies as well he chose Logan A/C & Heat Services to perform the installation. Zane Pockrandt came to give an estimate and I was very impressed with his knowledge of furnaces compared to the other companies that had came out considering I used to do heating and air so we purchased the furnace and unit the installer and his helper came out Travis Ritchie I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism, plus Zane came Saturday and the installers came Tuesday very prompt!!! so I referred you to a good friend of mine who is also in the market for a new furnace! Our comfort consultants were able to find him the best options for his comfort needs as well as his budget.

"With a twenty-year old air conditioner and a fifteen-year old furnace, it was not a matter of if I would need to replace it, but when. I was apprehensive at first (after all, who honestly has the money lying around to replace both systems). However, Logan offered excellent financing options. I was able to replace both systems for no APR for 6 years. The technicians who came out to install were efficient and clean. They took time to answer my questions and made sure that I was comfortable operating my new system before they left. I would highly recommend Logan to anyone looking to replace or repair their system."

Project Scope: After having some trouble with the furnace in his 1965 home, Jason gave us a call to see about replacing both his furnace and his air conditioner. Our team was able to quickly find the best replacement options for his needs, as well as financing solutions to fit his budget.

"On October 16th we fired up our furnace for the colder weather. The very next day it dawned on us that our 24 year old furnace was not going to make it through another winter. On the 17th we contacted Logan Services AC & Heat, and the next day they where here installing our new setup. Since then we have used both the A/C and Heat without a single issue. We could not be happier knowing that we should not have to worry about that part of our lives for hopefully years to come. Thank you again!"

Project Scope: Philip knew it was time to replace the 21 year old natural gas furnace in his 2,800 square foot home in West Chester Township. While his air conditioner was only 10 years old, the unit had damaged condenser coils and empty of coolant, so he wanted to look at A/C replacement options as well. He chose Logan Services in Cincinnati for his heating and cooling system replacement.

Project Scope: Hope's air conditioner went out last summer and she decided her family could not stand the summer heat any longer. She called Logan Services and after meeting with a comfort consultant, their family decided a Trane XR14 would best fit their needs at an affordable price, along with updating their thermostat to a programmable one.

Last summer our A/C went out and it was a hot month or so for sure! However, Shane and James with Logan Services installed a whole new unit and we couldn't be any more happy or cooler! Thank you!!!

We have enjoyed meeting everyone since the day we investigated using this service! Eric came to the house and did a fabulous job of presenting the product! He was very helpful in answering questions. No pressure at all! We had our AC put in yesterday and such a wonderful staff of workmen! Kyle was fabulous at explaining everything he did! They all covered our floors and carpet... wore their proctective plastic shoes and cleaned up vacuumed and put things back in place! I can't say enough about their service from the very beginning to the end of their job! Cheers to all these wonderful people that worked with us! Thank you!
