Customers: Submit A Video Testimonial

Terms of Service
Your video will be shared on social media, YouTube, email, and through other various media platforms.

Rules & Guidelines To Enter

1. System must have been installed after January 1, 2015 to present. 
2. Video and audio quality must be high enough for social media usage.  We recommend shooting in 720p or higher.  Make sure you speak clearly and loud enough for your microphone to record your voice. Do your best to reduce any background noise that could interfere with your message.
3. Video must be no less than 20-seconds in length and no greater than one-minute in length.
4. Video must mention that you (a) had a heating/cooling system installed by Logan Services, (b) how the system is keeping you comfortable, and (c) how well the system is working. 
5. Vertical and horizontal video formats will be accepted.  Feel free to share both with us!  However, customers will receive one gift card gift total ($200) per household for their participation.
6. Valid 2/1/24 – 4/30/24. Limit to 100 customers.
7. Limit 1 submission per customer/household.
8. Logan has the right to change the promotion rules and regulations at any time and can deny participants the opportunity receive a gift card for any video that is not appropriate or qualified to share in any advertisement messaging.
9. By checking the box above, I consent to Logan Services using my testimonial video and audio for sales, marketing, and advertising purposes on any media platform of Logan Services’ choosing.  
10. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks to receive your gift card.
