Q: What were you doing before making a career change?
A: I worked in logistics and did some landscaping before my career at Logan Services.
Q: What were your top 3 fears of making a career change?
A: My biggest fears about changing my career path was not liking the job that I had perceived it to be, work/life balance not working out in my family’s favor, and fear of no growth.
Q: What steps did you take to overcome that fear?
A: I told myself to be determined, and I know that I’ll be starting out on the low end, but to prove myself and my family that I will make it.
Q: How has the decision to start a career in HVAC impacted your life?
A: Since starting my career in HVAC, it has impacted my life in various ways. I’ve become much more knowledgeable in many different aspects and it has boosted my confidence as a person and being skilled in a trade.
Q: What do you love most about your HVAC career?
A: I love that what we do helps our customers and their families. I love meeting new people every day and that I am continuously learning.
Q: What do you love most about Logan Services?
A: I love the culture Logan Services has built. You’re recognized for accomplishments, whenever you need help with anything someone is always there. Everyone at Logan Services cares about one another.
Q: What words of advice can you give someone considering a career change?
A: If you’re not happy with what you’re doing, change it. Just remember, it’ll be difficult at first, maybe you’ll even start to reconsider, but if you keep your determination and keep proving yourself, your goals will be attainable in no time.
