"I would give them 10 stars if I could. They did a complete upgrade of our entire HVAC system- heating, cooling, thermostat etc. Install day fell on the same day as the big snow and super cold temps were to arrive. Kyle and Makel arrived early and got to work quickly. They were both very friendly, polite, and professional. They both worked very hard and efficiently and did not waste any time, but were attentive to detail and did the job amazingly well. It was 20 degrees outside while they were working. The job included extensive leveling of the ground to accommodate the new AC unit. They even put in a lovely retainer wall to handle the steep slope of the yard where the unit is located. Despite the frosty temps and the frozen ground, they got the job done beautifully! I can't imagine how hard it was to dig in that frozen ground but they did! I'm super impressed. They both worked extremely hard. Kyle even made some small changes to my system such as slightly moving the gas line to make it easier to get the filter in and out (a previous ultimate frustration of mine and it's like he read my mind because I did not even tell him how much of a pain that was, he just recognized the issue and fixed it). He also left me a little hook to make getting the filter out so much simpler. He had to create a cover for the filter area so it would be up to code, and instead of simply slapping some metal over it, he created this nice little lid with edges and padding that makes it easier to take off and put back into place. Kyle explained everything to me so well and answered all of my questions. He took the time to make sure I knew how to use the new thermostat, change the UV light, and prep the AC drain after the cooling season. We did our research and got several estimates before deciding on Logan. They offered the highest quality of choices, at the best prices. Their discounts and specials were awesome as well. Financing options and discounts for cash were also the best of the bunch. The salesperson Allen was also extremely helpful and not pushy at all like some of the other companies had been. Logan Services came highly recommended to me from many different friends and now I can understand why. Their entire team goes the extra mile to earn that recommendation. Another thing I appreciated is that they do not use subcontractors, everyone is a part of the Logan team. The snow is falling very hard as I type this review and the temps are dropping fast, but I'm sitting toasty and warm thanks to the speedy work of Kyle and Makel today! Thank you so much, guys! I appreciate you. Logan, these guys deserve a raise! They were fantastic. Highly recommended!!!! And I should mention, I'm not an easy customer to please! If something is not right, I say something. But today I did not need to say or ask anything. They exceeded all of my expectations and I just sat back and enjoyed the process. Thank you!"
