Liesl was so pleasant to talk to and was very knowledgeable. She checked that my relatively new water heater was working correctly and advised me on a possible reason why the hot water in my shower cools off too quickly. She also suggested a water heater flush after hearing knocking noises from the heater, which I did. She is a great addition to your team.
