Q: What were you doing before making a career change?
A: Culinary
Q: What were your top 3 fears of making a career change?
A: My fears were stability, failing, and fitting in.
Q: What steps did you take to overcome that fear?
A: Educating myself on the company and what I do for my job and try to talk to as many people as I can in the company.
Q: How has the decision to start a new career in HVAC impacted your life?
A: It showed me that a job like this where I have something to do all day long is much better than a job where it is a toss up if it will be a slow day or not. So with me enjoying the work it makes my possibilities expand in what I can really achieve in the company.
Q: What do you love most about your HVAC career?
A: The freedom and interacting with customers. I truly enjoy talking about my job with them.
Q: What do you love most about Logan Services?
A: What isn’t there to love? Best management I have ever had from any company. Amazing coworkers that are full of knowledge and aren’t opposed to sharing it. Not at all the least, the communication of the company, it’s very important to me because of previous jobs lacking said skill.
Q: What words of advice can you give someone considering a career change?
A: Absolutely, do it! I had no idea I would love this kind of work as much as I do. Change is just the next chapter of something exciting.
