The Logan A/C and Heat Services team is a proud sponsor of Ohio State Athletics. This year, for the BIG Furnace Giveaway for Buckeyes Fans, we wanted to provide a lucky family with home comfort as they watch any Ohio State game!
For this giveaway, we received hundreds of amazing entries from Buckeyes fans. Although we would love to provide home comfort to all of them, we were only able to choose one winner!

Like many of the participants, Brook entered the giveaway because she needed a new furnace. She is a stay-at-home mom of three and wants to be able to have a warm house for her children. However, she was not able to afford a new furnace at this time.
Brook told us that this was the second winter where her family went without heat in their home. After hearing this, we knew what had to be done! So, after looking through all the entries, Brook’s entry stood out to us and we called her to let her know that she had won.
Now, not only was Brook and her family in need of heat, but she had a strong connection to the Ohio State Buckeyes as well.
“I have been an OSU Buckeye fan since birth…” Brook wrote in her entry, “Being a Buckeye is ingrained in our DNA!”
This giveaway held a lot of significance for Brook – not just because she needed a new furnace, but because her Buckeyes roots ran even deeper.
“During any Ohio State games, we light candles for our loved ones that are no longer with us. That way we feel like they are still here to enjoy the game with us!”
What a special tradition! Now, Brook and her family will get to enjoy the games in a warm, comfortable home – all loved ones included.
