Project Scope: Stefanie reached out to Logan Services when she knew it was time to breathe a little easier and have the ducts cleaned in her home. Afterwards she sent our team this picture and email, detailing the hard work and commitment to excellence of our duct cleaner, Rob.

"Hey Logan, Just wanted to say thanks for the duct cleaning, it was perfect. But what I really wanted to tell you about is your employee Rob. He was so very nice, he explained each tool to my very tool loving son as he used them. He had so much kindness and patience, even letting him “help” by holding the flashlight. He talked and explained things to him as he went as if he were talking to a life long buddy, joked with him, and made the whole process fun. This man is a treasure for your company to have. He even put up with my big loud “guard” dogs with a smile, with out missing a beat. Thanks for being awesome!!"

Project Scope: Matt reached out to Logan Services via text to schedule an estimate on a Mitsubishi Electric ductless heating and cooling system for his family room. The popular living space was an addition to his house that gets very warm and very cold during summer and winter, and his family was ready to find the best solution to keep the room comfortable year-round. Matt was familiar with the Mitsubishi system, as his in-laws had recently had one installed by Logan A/C & Heat Services at their home.

"We have a Florida room turned family room in our home purchased about a year ago. This is where we spend most of our time and found it to be frigid cold during winter and too hot to enjoy during the summer. After a few different estimates we decided to have Logan install a mini split system from Mitsubishi. Shane and Daniel arrived right on time and started to evaluate the job immediately. They both explained everything they would do, gave me options for installation in case I had a preference, and kept me informed during the installation. After installing and testing the unit in heating and cooling modes, the unit was set on my desired temperature and they left. Within about thirty minutes my room is warm and comfortable. A huge thanks to Shane and Daniel and Logan AC & Heat Services. Everyone was professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs. We are very excited to be able to enjoy our complete home thanks to Shane and Daniel!"

Project Scope: After 30 years of service, it was time to retire the old furnace and air conditioner in this 1,700 square foot Cincinnati home. Even though they had been experiencing no major issues, this family decided to be proactive in the replacement of their heating and cooling system. Within a few days of choosing their system, Marcie and her family were enjoying the benefits of their new high efficiency furnace and air conditioner.
