Marcia was nominated by her very kind and caring neighbor, Lori. In her entry, Lori told us of the run of bad luck that her dear neighbor, Marcia, had experienced in the past year. Like many homeowners can attest to, one home problem can often spiral into more, which is what Marcia has been going through since her basement flooded earlier this year.
To lift her spirits and take off some of the financial burden, Lori shared her story with the team at Logan A/C & Heat Services in the hopes of winning some holiday cheer for her friend. She explained that “Marcia is one who goes out of her way to help me and others in the neighborhood. I would sure love to give her something to help her out this Christmas!”
We were touched by the generosity of selflessness that Lori showed, which is what this great season is all about! We contacted Lori to let her know that we wanted to be Marcia’s ‘Secret Santa’; we were excited to gift her with a holiday gift basket full of gift cards for her to enjoy.
Lori was able to bring Marcia to our office this afternoon, and we SURPRISED HER with this holiday gift basket. Marcia was very surprised indeed, and it was very evident to see the beautiful friendship between these neighbors (as well as others in their neighborhood) who have been a great support system to each other through the years.
