2026 Maintenance Plan Updates FAQ

As our membership has grown, we continue to focus on delivering high-quality, thorough care with every visit. To support that commitment while keeping pricing simple, we’re updating how maintenance visits are completed. Our new plan allows technicians to spend focused time with each system and saves you time by completing maintenance in one annual comprehensive system care visit per year, reducing the need for multiple appointments and making scheduling easier. 

Starting in 2026, Logan Care Plan customers will receive: 

  • Reduced monthly pricing down to $19.99 per month 
  • One annual system care visit (heating + cooling in the same visit) 
  • Service visit fees discounted to $79 during normal business hours 
  • Discounted repairs, IAQ products & system replacements 
  • Priority scheduling 

 

Nothing is being removed that impacts your system’s protection or reliability – we’re simply eliminating what industry standards show is no longer necessary. 

Why is Logan Services moving to one annual comprehensive system care visit?

Updated industry standards show that one comprehensive system care visit provides the same system protection and reliability as two separate seasonal visits, with no difference in lifespan, breakdown rate, efficiency, or performance. Modern systems simply don’t require two tune-ups unless there’s a specific issue, which means customers no longer need to rearrange their schedules twice a year for separate appointments. With the new plan, everything is handled in one thorough visit—less hassle, the same protection, and continued peace of mind.

No. You’ll still receive a complete heating and cooling inspection — it’s simply completed during one visit instead of two. All the same components are checked & tested. By combining the visit, our technicians can be more thorough and efficient, and most customers prefer it because it’s more convenient while still providing a detailed, comprehensive inspection. 

Our technician completes both:

  • Cooling system maintenance
  • Heating system maintenance

during the same visit, typically in either the spring or the fall.

If you have one tune-up owed, you will still receive the full annual care visit (both heating and cooling) during your next appointment. 

No, it’s designed to be more comprehensive by completing everything in one longer appointment instead of two shorter ones. Most customers actually prefer this because it means fewer appointments, more time with the technician, and the same level of care.

No. Your system is still fully inspected and maintained. Everything that would normally be checked in spring or fall is covered during your annual visit, and industry data confirms there’s no impact to performance, reliability, or system lifespan.

No. One annual care visit meets current manufacturer maintenance requirements and does not affect warranty coverage in any way. Modern systems are designed to be serviced annually, and the annual visit still includes full heating and cooling checks in a single visit.

No action is required. When it’s time for your annual care visit, we’ll schedule your visit based on availability and seasonal needs.
