“I have used Logan Services several times in the past and have never received bad service.
I have a Reverse Osmosis system from another company. That company refuses to answer the phone or return messages. I can’t find the necessary replacement filters on their website or anywhere else, for that matter. I called Logan to replace that system. Caleb and Conner came out to assess the situation and recommended a different system. Both of them had been out before for my tankless water heater. I agreed on the system they recommended, and they returned a few days later (as scheduled) and replaced it. They always call before they arrive, arrive on time, and are always professional and courteous. They removed the old system, installed the new one, and even fixed some leaky joints. They showed me where to order replacement filters when I need them. I will continue to use Logan Services as needed and always recommend them to family and friends.”
