Our salesman Brian and our installers Rick and Willie were all extremely knowledgeable of the products and explained everything to us in terms we could understand. They answered all our questions. Our eleven-year-old home now has the correct sized HVAC system for the home’s square footage and our entire home is the same temperature throughout! Purchased the Trane 3 ton model is so quiet we cannot hear it running. The thermostat is simple to use and we love the app too! We highly recommend Logan Services and the Trane product.
Chuck, Alex and Iseah did a great job installing our new heat pump. Everything got done smoothly and took much less time than I expected. They showed up on time, had everything they needed with them and got right to work. After they were done, they explained my new heat pump system to me and left my house the way they found it. They got the whole thing done in 5 hours – removal of our old gas furnace, capping, vent removal, removal of the air conditioner and setup of the new heat pump and air handler, plus the thermostat swap-out. We’ve had a great experience from start to finish with Logan Services.
