Project Scope: Tom knew that he could count on Logan A/C & Heat Services when he decided that it was time to update the old heat pump system in his condo. Our team was able to find a system to fit his home and his comfort needs.

"Our old heat pump was 15 years old and the air handler was 20 years old. We decided to replace them before the air handler died as the system was not able to keep up or effectively remove humidity from the air. It was a tight fit to find an air handler that would fit above our water heater in our laundry room. Your salesman Zane was able to find one from Rheem that would fit so we didn't have to move our water heater and a lot of our plumbing, and buy a stacking washer and dryer set. Throughout the process Zane would respond to my email question on the same day. We contracted for a Rheem RP15 heat pump and RBHP-17 air handler. Matt and his helper showed up about 9:00 am on the scheduled day and within minutes were removing the old units. By 3:30 they were completely done and showing me the new wifi thermostat. They were very willing to answer all of my questions during the install and were careful not to get anything dirty (booties, tarps, etc). Our new system cools the place without running nearly as much as the old one and the air volume it moves is probably double the old one. We are very happy with it and I would recommend Logan based on my experiences."

Project Scope: Missy had been without air conditioning for about a year when she decided that she was ready to replace her HVAC system. After speaking with a knowledgeable family member, she knew that her entire system, more than 20 years old, would need replaced. She had seen our commercials, and was sure that she could trust us to do a great job for her. Our team was able to find her a new air conditioner and furnace that would keep her home comfortable for many years to come.

"Anthony S and Aaron were my installers. They were on time (actually a little early) which was great. Very professional and extremely nice. They were here all day due to the extensive install of both a new A/C and furnace unit. Which I had been waiting on for the whole summer. Since I was without air so far this year, I had been looking forward to this for quite some time. They explained everything thoroughly and in terms that I could understand not being HVAC literate :) They were clean and took all of my super old equipment away. Explained what would be next with the inspection process and how everything worked. I am super pleased with the A/C. They did have to test the heat, which isn't fun and Anthony didn't enjoy it, but he did explain the why :). Again, this was the best experience as I've never had to have anything this large done in my house. I would totally recommend this company and their installation was excellent!!! Great job!!!!!!"

Project Scope: Roxy had been told by another company that the air conditioner and furnace in her 1943 home would need to be replaced when their was a problem with her compressor, but after seeing our tv commercial she decided to get a second quote on replacement from our team. We were happy to help in whatever way we could, and found the right system to fit her home.

"Out with the old units on left side in with the new units on right side and exhaust/intake pipes. The left picture with exhaust pipe was ugly and I love the new look of new pipe vent outside of my house. No more bruise legs. My air conditioning unit compressor dies and my furnace was at least 25 years old. Eric was the person who came and discuss the replacement of both units. I’m glad that I chose Logan to replace both AC and Furnace unit . Bobby and his partner did an outstanding job with the installation of furnace and AC units Both were very patience with me being deaf and showed me what they were doing. Even Bobby showed me something I never knew what it was for (switch for furnace that was on the ceiling in the basement, he moved the switch onto the furnace. I am pleased on how they worked hard on a hot and humidity weather. I’m blessed that I chose you! Thank you for your services! The house is much cooler and I’m very happy so are my fur-babies!"

Project Scope: Jodie and her husband were in the process of remodeling their 1949 home when they decided that it would be a good decision to convert their old oil furnace to natural gas, as well as install a new air conditioning unit. They gave Logan A/C & Heat Services a call after being referred to us by a family member. Our team was able to help them make the switch to natural gas, and have them feeling more comfortable in their home.

"We had a new AC & furnace installed back in April. Bill was our service tech and he did a great job. Very nice and was willing to work with me and my expectations of how I wanted it installed. He explained in detail how everything worked and kept me informed every step of the way. The new system is great the AC unit is very quiet. We went from a oil furnace to natural gas and there was a bit of a mess but Bill and his team made sure everything was cleaned up. We only got to use the furnace a few times but everything ran and seemed great. Love the touch screen thermostat."

Project Scope: Justice knew that he would need to his air conditioner when it began leaking freon and freezing up. Although the furnace was working fine, both the air conditioner and furnace were original from when his home was built in 1990. Justice had been referred to Logan A/C & Heat Services by a friend, and with the age of his equipment in mind, as well as information on financing and promotions, he chose to have our team replace both units at one time.

"We were very hot this morning but thanks to Logan Services we are now chilling with a whole new setup! Derec T came out yesterday and gave me a very fair quote. We decided to proceed and the guys were out this morning and in less than 2 hours we had cool air blowing hard! They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and best of all fast! Thank you Logan!!"
