He met with a Comfort Consultant and decided a Rheem RP17 Heat Pump fit his needs and budget. John also chose a programmable thermostat to guarantee his home is comfortable all year long.

Thanks Shane & Luke for installing our new Rheem heat pump last week. I know more summer heat is on the way and I'm looking forward to a cool house and seeing how much it saves us!

After a week of trying out my new ac and furnace I couldn't be happier. Everyone I talked to and dealt with there at Logans was so nice and helpful from the sales guy Dan Williams to the awesome installers who did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything even better than they found it. Project Scope: Dawn reached out to Logan Services because the air conditioner in her home went out during the first 90-degree days of the season. Since she is a childcare provider in her home, Dawn knew she needed to get her system replaced as soon as possible. A comfort consultant was able to provide the family with cool air until a new Trane unit was installed that fit their needs and budget.

Our air went out last week during the first 90 degree days of the season! How miserable we were until we met Dottie Goebel! After we talked and decided to use Logan to install our new air conditioning unit and furnace, Dottie knowing I provide child care to little ones out of my house, was kind enough to bring a window unit to us to provide some relief. Dottie texted a couple days later to see how we were coping, and after I requested another window unit, sure enough she delivered another one that afternoon! It took a week to get our installation, but thanks to Dottie we were comfortable and my kiddos weren't cranky! Thank you Dottie for concern and exceptional customer service!! Then the 2 gentlemen that installed were kind, professional and very thorough in explaining new thermostat and unit! We were very happy with our choice in using Logan to install our new air and heat and will tell all our friends! Thank you again for a great experience and comfortable home!

Project Scope: Hope's air conditioner went out last summer and she decided her family could not stand the summer heat any longer. She called Logan Services and after meeting with a comfort consultant, their family decided a Trane XR14 would best fit their needs at an affordable price, along with updating their thermostat to a programmable one.

Last summer our A/C went out and it was a hot month or so for sure! However, Shane and James with Logan Services installed a whole new unit and we couldn't be any more happy or cooler! Thank you!!!
