He was professional and protected our house by wearing booties and putting drop cloths down. Also, went over what we ordered prior to installation and then explained everything afterward. They decided on a new Trane XL18i along with a wi-fi thermostat and a whole-home humidifier to keep their home comfortable all year long.

Project Scope: Jodie and her husband were in the process of remodeling their 1949 home when they decided that it would be a good decision to convert their old oil furnace to natural gas, as well as install a new air conditioning unit. They gave Logan A/C & Heat Services a call after being referred to us by a family member. Our team was able to help them make the switch to natural gas, and have them feeling more comfortable in their home.

"We had a new AC & furnace installed back in April. Bill was our service tech and he did a great job. Very nice and was willing to work with me and my expectations of how I wanted it installed. He explained in detail how everything worked and kept me informed every step of the way. The new system is great the AC unit is very quiet. We went from a oil furnace to natural gas and there was a bit of a mess but Bill and his team made sure everything was cleaned up. We only got to use the furnace a few times but everything ran and seemed great. Love the touch screen thermostat."

"GO-GO LOGAN services! I am so appreciative of the installation that they just did. Their work here was not just for any ordinary home; it was for a home that is soon going to host a family atmosphere of care, love, and guidance to needy boys. I have a charity called Orphan Frontier and we help needy children locally and around the world. We have been in the process of opening up a much needed home here in Columbus area for boys to live who other wise would be on the streets. The home is in great shape. The community has donated furniture, dishes, and many other necessities. However, I have been so concerned about the furnace HVAC system. It is 25 years old, and barely working. We did not have the extra funds to purchase a new system, so we have been praying about what should we do. God answered our prayers! Somebody told me about Logan Services. I gave them a call and told them about our situation. The receptionist was so friendly on the phone, and she told me that currently they have a 0% APR/no-money down promotion. To make a long-story short, we have our new HVAC system. And not only do we have one, we have one of the best--a TRANE system. The installers arrived on time. They were super friendly. And most surprisingly, they were very clean. I couldn't believe, but they did not make or leave behind any dusty or muddy mess anywhere on the property. I am explaining this because on the day they were installing the new HVAC system, it was raining. One of the guys was outside in the rain installing the new Heat Pump, while the other guy was in the basement doing his handwork installing the new furnace. I was impressed that every single time the outside worker would enter my home, he would cover his shoes with these blue plastic covers. Logan Services, THANK YOU again for helping us have a new furnace before the winter settles in. Without a new furnace, it would not be permissible to care for boys in this extraordinary home. THANK YOU!"

"I needed a new whole-home HVAC system for my house and after getting a few other quotes, Logan sent Aaron over to quote. Aaron was great from the get-go spending as much time necessary answering my questions as I needed after taking his time to size the proper system and provide a quote for a new Trane system that I really couldn't turn down. A good dude who shoots you straight in an industry where you don't always get that vibe from others. Travis and Jared, who did the install of a new gas line in addition to the whole system, were fantastic and earned my trust from the very start. They were kind, courteous and answered the million questions I had for them all while doing some awesome work in the driving rain over two days. I love the new system and appreciate all the hard work the guys from Logan did for us. They're the first service provider I will 100% vouch for and will recommend without hesitation every time."
