Project Scope: After having to have their old heat pump system repaired multiple times, Carrie and her husband decided that it was time to replace. Carrie's neighbor referred them to Logan A/C & Heat Services, and our comfort consultant helped them choose a new natural gas system for their home.

"I live full time in California and I need to replace my heating and air-conditioning in our 2nd home located on a border of Columbus and New Albany, OH. I research few companies on line but I was impressed with Logan's recent Awards! I contacted them to get more information's and idea on total price (what to expect). The lady on a phone set me up with date for estimate and tell me that Jeff will call me next day with more info on the job and pricing options. Next day I discussed in detail how long will the job take (how much colder will get in my house while they will be working on replacement of my unit). On the set day for Jeff's visit he showed up and we discussed all the options, price range etc. When we selected the model numbers he did give me more then fair price honoring the coupon on their website plus few discounts (senior citizens & military service). Next day Doug B. & Dallas B. showed up to provide the installation! They arrived on time and installed the whole HVAC system in little over 6 hrs. Then we tested heating and cooling performance & functionality. They also provided me with new digital thermostat and carbon monoxide alarm plus free supply of replacement filters for 1 year. I was extremely satisfy with Logan's services and professionalism. Also on the end of the installation day Jeff showed up to check on the job progress. "Thank you Logan AC & HEAT" job well done."

Project Scope: After using Logan A/C & Heat Services for furnace and air replacement 5 years ago, Mark knew who to call for fast, friendly service when it was time to replace the 14 year old Goodman furnace and Coleman air conditioner at the property where his mother-in-law was living. After meeting with our HVAC experts, the home now has a proper and reliable Trane heating and cooling system to ensure that his mother-in-law stays very comfortable.

"After working and living in Texas until she was 73, we were finally able to move my mother here to be closer to us. We found a nice cozy house for her with no steps that she fell in love with, unfortunately this winter the homes aging furnace began to fail and the house was not quite as cozy and warm as it needed to be. We discussed and research several options to repair or replace. Since she is on a fixed income we wanted to make a decision that would be the most economical and sensible for her. Logan replaced our system several years ago so we had them out to go over options. They were able to beat the other estimates we received and installed it very quickly. Our installer, Bobby F. , did a professional job putting in the new system and corrected several other issues that the other HVAC companies didn't mention. Now she is back to being nice and cozy in her new Ohio home. Just as roasty and toasty as Texas and she'll be cool as an Ohio cucumber this summer with her new Trane HVAC system."

Project Scope: Drew originally reached out to Logan A/C & Heat Services with an interest in having Mitsubishi mini-splits installed to help with heating and cooling the downstairs of his two-story home, as he was mostly heating with wood and otherwise had an outdated boiler system. However, after discussing options with our comfort consultant, it was decided that the best option for his home would be a dual fuel system with an electric heat pump and gas furnace.

"I am very happy with the installation process. Anthony and Aaron were timely, friendly, professional, and I think they left the area cleaner than they found it. They took the time to answer all my questions and made small changes to the installation plan whenever they saw an opportunity to make the installation better. The system has not been through a full heating or cooling season yet but so far, I am very pleased."

Project Scope: Matt reached out to Logan Services via text to schedule an estimate on a Mitsubishi Electric ductless heating and cooling system for his family room. The popular living space was an addition to his house that gets very warm and very cold during summer and winter, and his family was ready to find the best solution to keep the room comfortable year-round. Matt was familiar with the Mitsubishi system, as his in-laws had recently had one installed by Logan A/C & Heat Services at their home.

"We have a Florida room turned family room in our home purchased about a year ago. This is where we spend most of our time and found it to be frigid cold during winter and too hot to enjoy during the summer. After a few different estimates we decided to have Logan install a mini split system from Mitsubishi. Shane and Daniel arrived right on time and started to evaluate the job immediately. They both explained everything they would do, gave me options for installation in case I had a preference, and kept me informed during the installation. After installing and testing the unit in heating and cooling modes, the unit was set on my desired temperature and they left. Within about thirty minutes my room is warm and comfortable. A huge thanks to Shane and Daniel and Logan AC & Heat Services. Everyone was professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs. We are very excited to be able to enjoy our complete home thanks to Shane and Daniel!"

Project Scope: Tim had been having issues with his 20 year old AC and gas furnace for last couple of years. When a service technician recently discovered that the system's heat exchanger was the likely reason for the problems, he decided that it was time to replace both heating and cooling equipment in his home.

"Logan Services done a great job replacing our heating and cooling system. Right from the start of the process Daniel was very polite and knowledgeable on informing us about what we needed. Install was done by Bobby at a very high level of work ethic and professionalism. Our heating unit had not been working for a few days and Bobby went above and beyond and stayed well into the night to make sure we had heat on a cold wintry day/night. The gentleman that was helping him with the install was outside braving the elements of a 20 degree, snowing and blowing day. Hats off to you. I knew for about 5 years it was time for a new AC unit and furnace. He was very helpful in the purchasing process and has continued to answer my questions so I understand our new setup well. Bobby and Obi did a great job with the installation.
