The apprenticeship is divided into three structured phases, each building on the last to ensure apprentices gain technical expertise, communication skills, and confidence at every stage of their development.Â
This phase is considered the new hire phase, during which apprentices begin with Plumbing 101 and learn company processes. During this stage, a 45-day review determines if the new hire is a good fit for the apprenticeship program’s more advanced phases.

Apprentices receive one dedicated in-class training day each week, are paired with a Lead Plumber in the field, and complete regular evaluations to test their knowledge and skills. All apprenticeships take place in Logan Services’ state-of-the-art Training Center, with curriculum built by our Apprenticeship and Development Manager through online Learning Management Systems (LMS). Apprentices complete modules, quizzes, and evaluations while receiving hands-on instruction in the field. Lead Plumbers and Phase Three plumbing apprentices act as mentors, guiding apprentices in both technical skills and professional behaviors.
