Previous Occupation: Forklift driver in a factory Previous Training: Trade school Years in the Industry: 20+ How did you get started? The company I was working for did a large layoff. I wanted something with year-round work. HVAC made the most sense. We always need heat in the winter and cooling in the summer. Proudest Moment: Being considered for and getting promoted to Installation Manager is something I'm really proud of today. I started as a 'green guy' in the industry who knew nothing about the job, and I'm now leading our installation teams.
