Meet the Installation Leadership Team at Logan Services!  Each individual on our team has a unique set of skills and is willing to help you learn the HVAC trade.

Billy M. -- Installation Manager

billy m

Previous Occupation:  Forklift driver in a factory

Previous Training:  Trade school

Years in the Industry: 20+

How did you get started? The company I was working for did a large layoff.  I wanted something with year-round work.  HVAC made the most sense.  We always need heat in the winter and cooling in the summer.

Proudest Moment: Being considered for and getting promoted to Installation Manager is something I'm really proud of today. I started as a 'green guy' in the industry who knew nothing about the job, and I'm now leading our installation teams.

Certifications: Ohio Contractors License, Kentucky Master HVAC License, Kentucky Journeyman, EPA, NATE

Anthony S. -- Training Specialist

Previous Occupation:  Roofing and Masonry

Previous Training: Universal Technical Institute, Union Sheet Metal Apprenticeship

Years in the Industry:  20

How did you get started?  I really didn't like going to school, but I enjoyed a number of trades used in HVAC.

Favorite Part of the Job: I like meeting new people (both co-workers and customers).  I enjoy sheet metal fabrications and training people.

Certifications: NATE, EPA

Proudest Moment:  I became a lead installer, and I've been able to help others become lead installers, too.

Chris M. -- Installation Supervisor

How did you get started?  A friend of mine showed me a brochure for RETs Tech Center and told me I should look into a trade.  I decided to take a tour and give it a chance.

Favorite Part of the Job: I like to work with newer guys to pass on what I know and learn from them, too.

Certifications: NATE, Kentucky Journeyman, EPA Universal
