Logan Services, Inc. has an exceptional opportunity in Dayton, OH for an experienced Human Resources Manager to upgrade and manage the Human Resources Department of a family-owned home services company with a skilled workforce.

The HR Manager will focus strategically to align HR areas of responsibility to meet overall business objectives and help build a winning culture.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Supports traditional HR areas of employee relations, benefits administration, employee engagement, HRIS and LMS management, and full-cycle recruiting
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with High School Counselors and Program Directors to build awareness around apprentice programs
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with all employee’s to coach and influence the best business decisions to foster retention
  • Maintains high visibility to promote HR programs and assist management with effective organizational-wide communication
  • Provides continuous improvement of HR processes

  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 1-3 years' experience in Human Resource or Communication
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with a HR management system
  • Management experience a plus
