On Monday, February 18th, we spoke with Matt, who explained everything so thoroughly, and on Thursday, February 21st, they came to install it. Project Scope: Tom knew that he could count on Logan A/C & Heat Services when he decided that it was time to update the old heat pump system in his condo. Our team was able to find a system to fit his home and his comfort needs.

"Our old heat pump was 15 years old and the air handler was 20 years old. We decided to replace them before the air handler died as the system was not able to keep up or effectively remove humidity from the air. It was a tight fit to find an air handler that would fit above our water heater in our laundry room. Your salesman Zane was able to find one from Rheem that would fit so we didn't have to move our water heater and a lot of our plumbing, and buy a stacking washer and dryer set. Throughout the process Zane would respond to my email question on the same day. We contracted for a Rheem RP15 heat pump and RBHP-17 air handler. Matt and his helper showed up about 9:00 am on the scheduled day and within minutes were removing the old units. By 3:30 they were completely done and showing me the new wifi thermostat. They were very willing to answer all of my questions during the install and were careful not to get anything dirty (booties, tarps, etc). Our new system cools the place without running nearly as much as the old one and the air volume it moves is probably double the old one. We are very happy with it and I would recommend Logan based on my experiences."

Project Scope: Edgar was looking to get a quote on a new heat pump system for his two-story, 1,400 sq. ft. home in Dublin, OH. He informed us that he had an inspection performed recently and was told there was a leak in the basement unit and the outside unit. The existing system was all-electric and about 10 years-old.

"We had to replace our old HVAC due to a leak. I decided to go with Logan Services due to the pricing and brand names. Shane and Daniel came two days after I had signed the paperwork. They were very professional and answered all my questions. Not only that, they were very efficient in what they did, and the whole setup was finished in 6 hours or so. Then they walked me through what they installed and how the new system worked in a simple to understand way. Very much recommended!"
