HVAC Service Technician - $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS - Dayton & Cincinnati

Logan Services is one of the largest HVAC contractors in the state of Ohio performing residential replacement, repair, and routine maintenance HVAC services. We are currently looking for an HVAC Service Technician with experience with residential heating and cooling systems. As a Service Technician at Logan Services, you will earn an excellent base pay, as well as the opportunity to earn SPIFF and commission.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two to seven years of verifiable experience with an HVAC contractor or company
• A clean driving record is a must
• Have their own personal hand tools
• Ability to pass a background check
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to pass a drug test
• NATE certified a plus
• Selling experience
• Clean cut appearance
• A strong desire to advance in this industry
