In January 2017, Logan Services opened the doors of its newly designed, state of the art Training Center for skilled HVAC laborers. The concept is to provide up-and-coming technicians and installers the opportunity to learn the latest trends in HVAC service and installation.
Vice President of Field Services, Jeff Adams has built a “5-Star Training Program” as a hands-on, educational experience. It is designed to prepare new recruits on how to properly install/maintain HVAC equipment as well as how to respectfully work with customers. Through the training programs he has set in place and implements at Logan Services, we continue to see the already outstanding quality of our service and customer satisfaction improve year after year.
With the new Training Center, the goal is to supplement the coursework of the tech schools and help new service technicians or installers settle into a career. “By offering a place for young men and women to advance in their education as well as their career will lead to a stronger workforce and essentially provide excellence in customer service.” Adams said.
